This area includes a high proportion of high rise condos in the neighborhoods of North Bethesda, Bentley Place, Grosvenor Park, Midtown Bethesda, Randolph Hills, The Gallery and Tuckerman Station. Prices, dollar volume sold and the number of units sold are all down in June 2008, compared to June 2007.
