While visiting St. Michaels, MD, we've met a Scottish Piper, Randy Welch. He was in town to provide entertainment for the 2nd Annual WineFest, April 29 - May 1, 2011. Randy was very kind and played the Great Highland Bagpipes for us, right on the street. My kids loved their private concert.
