I love this community. It's like a small town in a small town. Downtown Silver Spring is really coming along. Investors keep asking me what to look for in Silver Spring homes. I keep telling them, PROXIMITY TO METRO. It's magic.
They don't want to pay the price.

Its a very nice townhome subdivision, however these properties are way over priced based on the rough neighborhood that they are in. Downtown Silver Spring is still suffering from crime and the schools within that area are pretty bad (I know because I grew up in that area). There is a very heavy illegal immigrant hispanic community operating there in silver spring down towards college park.
If you have kids, I would definitely recommend Bethesda or Rockville instead.
