The Northwood Park Neighborhood is the Oldest Subdivision in the North Four Corners area of Silver Spring. Northwood Park sits at the corner of Colesville Road (Route 29) and University Blvd. The oldest homes in Northwood Park were built in the mid 1930's. The heavily wooded area has one of the largest and most popular Neighborhood Parks.
