A picture is worth a thousand words! We have all heard this.. Photography is all around us in this day and age. Technology is expanding as I write this post. You have got to keep up with the times to accurately advertise your home. Open up any magazine, go on and website, drive down any street, pictures sell. Not words anymore, but the beauty of image.--That's commercialism! We have been conditioned to respond to these images for decades. It's just plain bad business to ignore the importance of pictures.
Most buyers have the perfect home in mind. If you take a picture of your home on a rainy day, with yellow grass, you can bet your bottom dollar they are going to turn to the next page.
You need a first eye popping picture to grab the attention of your buyer. But you can't end there. You need to follow up with yard, neighborhood, interior shots that are going to thoroughly convince your buyer to come stop by.
