This week we have closed a short sale from a client I have never met before.
He is from out of state and we sold his property as a short sale.
He was very happy that a foreclosure was averted form his records. .

What has started in 1999, it has now grown to 3000 Housing units. It has two elementary, one middle and one high schools within a mile. There is an influx of first time home buyers looking in this neighborhood because of it's
convenient location, the new tax credit of $8,000 and affordable prices makes it a no brainier
but you will have to hurry. . it will end in November.
