Will prices will go up, go down, or stay the same?
These are questions that many Auburn residents have on their minds. Anyone who tells you they have the answer is simply guessing.

As a local Auburn Realtor, I have the same questions. Fortunately, I also have access to real time data to help me keep my finger on the pulse of the CURRENT market.

Does this mean we are headed for constantly rising home prices in the future? Simply put...no it does not. This is a snapshot of the Auburn real estate market over the last 30 days. We cannot tell what the future will hold, but we have seen a steady trend of improvement over the last year.
10 more homes for sale in Auburn Maine have gone under contract in the last 30 days, bringing the total currently pending the closing of their sale to 26. The encouraging news is that homes are being bought and sold in Auburn and current loan rates are still at historic lows.
If you are considering a move, please give me a call. I would be happy to provide the data and guidance you need to make the best decisions possible for yourself and your family. Crystal balls might be fun at a party, but there is a reason for the "REAL" in real estate.
