Cape Elizabeth May 2009 Real Estate report

For the month ending May 2009 the Cape Elizabeth Maine real estate markets saw 9 single family and condo transactions occur at a combined average price of 245K after sitting on the market for 34 days. In April 2009 5 transactions occurred at a median price of 210K further illustrating the nice bump in activity the Southern Maine real estate markets has seen.
