Any of the four seasons of Maine is perfect for using a waterfront property like this one on Drews Lake.

But Maine hot summer weather and taking a dip, swimming and being up to your neck in Drews Lake to cool off is a tough situation to top. Drews Lake is located in the towns of New Limerick, Linneus, Oakfield Maine, in Aroostook County. There is public boat launch at the Drews Lake dam, also known as Meduxnekeag Lake after the river that winds, snakes through Houlton Maine.

Visit the Drews Lake Property Owners Association website.  Scope out some images of Drews Lake Maine.

Drews Lake Maine's dam on the North Shore was bought from the state for a dollar back in the 1980's to rebuild, preserve and guarantee, regulate water levels.

The dam maintenance, soil erosion and road work projects are watched, administered by the Drews Lake Property Owner's Association. Drews Lake refreshes, turns over every 13 months and offers tremendous year round waterfront recreation.
