Lady Gaga Rocks Portland Maine...with her words!

Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, otherwise known as Lady Gaga thrilled a huge crowd this afternoon in Portland Maine.  The rally organized by the Servicemember's Legal Defense Network was held in Deering Oaks Park near the campus of the University of Southern Maine.  Mainers found out yesterday that Lady Gaga would be speaking, word spread quickly, as local officials scrambled to make plans to handle the anticipated crowds.

The rally drew a HUGE crowd and was held without incident.  She was sharp, cutting, and direct while she rallied attendees to contact their Senators and urge them to vote for repeal of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy.  I can't say it any better than Lady Gaga, so without further ado, here is a video of her speech today.
