York County real estate had a strong May with 143 homes selling at an average sales price of 244K. This contrasts with 188 homes at an average price of 275K in May 2008. Relative to April 2009, sales and average pricing were up 18%. Inventories have risen slightly clocking in at 2773 compared with 2691 in April.
