And if you can picture a giant library with the sound of your shoes and voice causing an echo as you enter. Then you see the rows and rows of super past blogs to tap into, learn from, add comments to. And you notice areas that have empty shelves, needing your expertise to blog about. Not just about your local communities, but about where you excel in your job and how you do it, where you are weak and need help.
Teams work together that way. Knowing your strengths and seeking out others in this University where you falter or know you need to beef up your training to be an effective, hard working, creative real estate professional. This is not just a job for you...it is a sport, a passion, something you click with, that works.
When you do a search on something stumping you, voila..there is a series of articles, helpful links, images, video and wisdom on the subject to digest, utilize in your day to day operation. And you develop friendships with the "mentor" of that knowledge and a give and take begins in the quest for learning, sharing, connecting.
Made it to the 300,000 point pinnacle and (adjusting helmet, back pack, screwing cap back on water bottle) and have to climb back on the bike to see what's around the next curve, over that next hill, higher up in the
education ladder at AR University. Those are my "reflections" and how I view the experience, see the light.
My past jornalism/broadcasting experience and video knowledge is hopefully something I can contribute on. Although the feature post gold star count for the nearly 1100 blog posts does not seem to show much success in that department of hitting the gold bell. We'll keep plugging, blogging, chugging along and thanks for stopping in for the cake and ice cream today.
