Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier, Arrows Restaurant, Ogunquit, Maine
Rich Hanson, Cleonice Bistro, Ellsworth, Maine
Brian Hill, Francine Bistro, Camden, Maine
Five final nominees will be announced March 23rd.
