During one of the goal setting excercises when he asked us to close our eyes and visualize 11-15-2015,

I didn't see all the elements of my current business present as they are today.

As Brian Buffini did exercises and skits and Chicago Top Producer Joe Niego did skill sessions lecturing

on the Seven Secrets of Top Producers - controlling our biggest resources: Time, Energy and Money -

many thoughts and visions ran through my mind. On the anniversary of my 39th, it was especially

meaningful how precious time is and the scenarios painted in the event pointedly and comically reminded

me that although I am very busy - how much energy and time do I waste on unproductive activities and

people that will not grow my business!

Starting today, I will listen to that gut feeling on clients and people who may be those energy drainers. I

am passionate about real estate. I will only share my time with those who share the same values about

the American dream. It was the best 39th birthday yet!
