Michigan homes for sale
It is the night before the Fourth of July and I was still busy. I had an offer come in on my listing down in Brownstown. So I spent time emailing the offer to my client that was vacationing over seas. I was going back and forth on another offer on a home in Farmington. Negotiation is the key when trying to close a deal. If you want to sell your home or want to buy a home having a good negotiator on your side can make the difference between a good deal or a great deal.
By telling your Michigan real estate agent what is important to you will help your agent negotiate for you. Remember the end to the negotiation is ultimately in your hands. You as a buyer or seller should never feel pressured to do what your agent says. Many times a good agent can step back and explain why you should or shouldn't keep going.

Remember negotiation is give and take. The goal is to close the sale to the benefit of the buyer and seller. For more Michigan home buyers tips or Metro Detroit sellers tips go to my websites www.RussRavary.com or www.DetroitMichiganRealEstateHomes.com

There are so many questions we need to ask. And it's amazing how many people don't realize the skill involved in asking all those questions without annoying the client.
Great tips. Anything that can help inform clients is great.
Great advice. It is all about win/ win for both the buyer and the seller.
Ginger is so right about it being a win- win situation for both parties
Lynn, is right too, it is the feeling of winning that you got a good deal
