A sigh of relief....

...the signs can come down now.

Campaign signs in Chesterfield Township MI

Goodness, they were blocking the
gorgeous view of the orange cones!

The above photo was taken this past Saturday along
23 Mile road in Chesterfield Township. The same road
that was supposed to be done with construction by
November 1st...

It will be nice when all the extra election signs can come down.

lol! That was really funny. I hate construction views! I sware Houston is ALWAYS under construction no matter when and where you go!

Hopefully the winners AND losers will take down their signs.

Kris, you crack me up. :)

for real...around here our real estate signs are taken down all the time, and they really serve a purpose. ;)

yeah enough already with the signs..there are tons of them that are still lingering around...and its wendy here.. :)   they are blowing around creating a traffic hazard :) :)

It always seems like the losers (that is not nice, I know) don't re-claim the signs. Anyway, it is nice it is over!

YAY!  Finally!

I just wanted to let you know I had a minute and installed statcounter and that is a way cool app!

Kris, I hope someone bothers to take them down!  And I know about those roadway timetables, here they are only a few YEARS off the predicted date of completion!

I didn't vote for any of those people so I guess I'm one of those oddballs who don't read the political signs and on which the political signs have no effect -- LOL.

I am so glad to see the beauty of the area be more apparent than who my neighbors are voting for - I did manage to keep all but one seller from posting their opinion on their yard

I hope you have better luck with sign removal in Michigan than we do here in Maryland.  'Plenty of volunteers to put them up, but none to take them down!

Kris... yes, thank god it's over and the signs come down... and the commercials have stopped...

Thanks for the fun comments everyone.   I am pleased to tell you that as of my drive around town yesterday many of these signs have come down.

Now we can all see the construction cones a bit more clearly :-)

I am also ready for those signs to be gone.  Our City actually has a truck that goes around a removes illeagal signs(ex. garage sale signs) or dated ones.  Helps keep our city clean.  :)

Janice:   Our area is almost completely cleaned up!  I am grateful for it.  I don't know who did it, but I don't believe we have a service like your city.  Sounds needed!

I noticed this weekend that a lot of signs had been removed, but at least in my area there is a ways to go.  Well maybe we will get an early snow and they will get hidden.

Terry:   We received a dusting of snow this morning.  What a wake up call!  Hope your signs are removed completely soon!
