Alright everyone, I'm soliciting a little feedback. Although we do have some changes coming around to our website next week, I would like to see what you think about our website (www.WholesaleMi.com) and some of our deals. We feel we have one of the more comprehensive sites for a wholesaler as far as providing a buyer with all of the due dilligence they need to make a buying decision.
My questions for you are:
1. What suggestions or constructive criticism do you have for our website?
2. What do you think about our Detroit Wholesal deals. Are these good enough for you? Do they fit your criteria? What would make them better?
3. How do these deals relate to the deals you're finding in your area?
We're consistently finding brick homes with 3 beds, 1 bath, basement, and a garage in great neighborhoods for an all in cost of $35k-$40k. That's after purchase and rehab! These same homes rent for $850-$950/mo. Do the math but I'm sure you'll find even with the most conservative numbers, you're cash flowing well. We're not talking about junk houses in war zones. We're talking about nice family neighorhoods. You're getting in for 40%-50% of value because all of these houses are worth $80k-$110k after repairs!

Does that deal work for you?
Does it work for any buyers you know?
We allow assignments and double closes and have the team that can get everything completed legitimately. Let me know if you're interested in talking some more and I definitely appreciate any comments and suggestions.
