Delta Township, Grand Ledge Real Estate Market, How's Business? unbelievable!

The number one question I am asked these days is, how's business? I usually answer the question, that it's unbelievable! You can take that any way you want; however, I take the positive road when it comes to the real estate industry. I have often told my agents that if we did not have problems in this industry, sellers and buyers would not need us. So, in today's market we are experiencing what I call a challenging market, with foreclosures driving down average sale prices, a glut of inventory, unsure job situations, inflated gas prices and a series of other pot holes in the road to recovery.

In today's market, you need someone who knows what they're doing and will work hard to get the job done, someone who has knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to the clients' needs and desires. Consumers need the expertise and knowledge of a real estate professional that will give them time, attention and money saving systems for buying and selling their home for the highest possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least inconveniences. All these attributes apply in an up or down market.

My answer is still that the real estate business is unbelievable. My goal is to provide you with the latest marketing systems, technology and a high level of customer satisfaction to get you happily moved into your new home or to sell your existing home.
