Family goes to court to stop Foreclosure..

Family goes to court to stop Foreclosure..

This attached article will totally astound you. It pertains to a couple who tried to stop foreclosure on their property but with a twist. This shows lots of perseverance on the part of the homeowner but read it carefully. It put a little smile on my face but in the end they had no recourse but to go. I don’t want to give out the details so if you have a moment and want a chuckle during these times read on. Pass this on. I think they call this the American spirit.

Have a prosperous 2008.

WOW! Great story- it shows you what a tenacious spirit can accomplish when it applies itself to something with a lot of passion!

No kidding Alecia. But 11 years..hmmm.

Now that's a man that won't take NO for an answer!

Great post, Robert!

Armando.. You got that right. The courts must have been overjoyed with this guy. It may not be over though.

Robert, that has got to be one of the most incredible foreclosure stories I have ever heard.

On one hand you can look at this story as a David and Goliath story and applaud the man but on the other hand he was a crook. 90 late payments no mortgage payments fo 11 years he's probably go a suitcase full of money somewhere.

ROBERT- This is insane!!! INSANE!!!! 11 years...OMGOSH! UNBELIEBABLE...really. Thanks for sharing. That was unforgettable. GBU!

It is too bad that homeowners don't have better recourse long term.

Lola. Incredible yes. Smart no.

Hugh. After a period of time crook does come to mind. But in his head he assumes he's doing the right thing.

Elizabeth. yes it is insane. the 11 year thing. You have to ask yourself what's wrong with our system of govt to allow it to last that long.

Gayle. If he paid his payments he would not be in this situation.

Wow.....I HOPE HE WINS!!!

They deserve to be slapped in the face with those mock fees.....

May Justice prevail....

Alexander. Time will tell...
