I just saw a clip of him on the local news and he said of course people should buy real estate now. It's good to buy "in the dip" and ride the value up. Prices won't always be like this. "In five years people who bought real estate will look like geniuses."
Finally, someone who gives out financial advice and who GETS IT!!!
