As you know Lighthouse Communities, Inc is launching it's counseling program this month we are a HUD approved counseling agency and a MSHDA Home Links certified counseling agency when means that we can provide your staff and clients with the necessary housing counseling they should be receiving in the following areas:
Financial Management/ Credit & Budget Counseling
Credit Repair Program ( up to 5000 grant available if qualify for program)
Home Maintenance( Post-Purchase)
Foreclosure Prevention & Loss Mitigation
Rental Counseling( Help become better renters or homeowners transitioning into rental from homeownership)
We also have :
Foreclosure recapture program that will help a homeowners in target area " Southtown" remain in the home if they meet program guidelines)
Neighborhood Housing Fund ( also in targeted areas available)
