...I ask of the Brokers and Managers of both Real Estate Firms and Banks? It was an especially daunting day in the world of controlled title business. As I traveled today from office to office spreading the word of our New Bundled Closing Fees and our very established Mobile Services I was continually asked to please leave. When I asked why I couldn't at least leave the information I was told they already have title services in-house. My response to that is if the In-House service is so good then why are they so FRIGHTENED of having information from another title company? Or were they just FRIGHTENED of me looking like a drowned rat after getting in and out of my car in the pouring rain? I know we're close to Halloween but come on people! I think they are FRIGHTENED of loosing business to better service.
Think about what you might be missing by buying into that controlled business your broker or manager is using as a revenue stream. They know you're a captive audience and it's convenient. So if the service isn't so good it really matters not? Will you settle for the convenience? At what risk? You have worked hard to build a trusting long term relationship with your customer. That customer represents long term income for you. I am the first one to understand if you think the service you are receiving from these controlled operations is Superior. I ask you to please call me if you are not experiencing Superior Service on all your real estate closing needs. We Guarentee it or your closing fee is refunded.
