My client asked about a security system.
My response was this:
Check with your insurance agent on saving you money there, I haven't seen any difference when I show homes in a suberb like Wyoming or Grandville. Most people don't care one way or the other if it has a security system. You might consider just get the little security system sticker because that is supposed to deter unwanted visitors.
