Bailey's Grove is one of best planned communities in West Michigan. It consists of both Condominiums and Single Family Homes... each a unique Market. The Single Family home market has been very active this summer which has led to good selling conditions as well as good opportunities for buying with the prices affected by Short Sales and Foreclosures. The Condo market has showed signs of slowing down going into the Winter, which creates a favorable market for Buying.

Bailey's Grove Single Family Homes:

As of October 1st, 2009, there are 20 Single Family Homes on the Market.
Of that 20 Homes on the market:

• and 1 is a Bank Owned Home (Foreclosure)
