The Genitti's family has been in Northville since 1971. They originally started out as a meat and grocery store. Then in late 1979, expanded their store into a restaurant. A hole was knocked out of the market's side giving birth to Genitti's-Hole-In-The-Wall.

Over the next five years Genittis Hole in the Wall was expanded twice. Now there is the bar area/store. The big dining room and then the dinner theater. Genitti's is one of Northville's Italian restaurants.

The seven-course family-style Italian dinner is a like sitting down to a family dinner or an Italian wedding. The good food just keeps coming. The 7 course dinner consists of:

• homemade soup
• pasta
• antipasto salad
• Italian sausage with green peppers and onions
• Italian steak with potatoes
• baked chicken with zucchini
• cannoli for dessert!

After dinner everyone heads into the theater to see the inter-active comedy show or any of the local shows. The show changes about every four months but is always a fun inter-active program between the audience and actors.

John and Toni started the business back in 1971 but now their kids and their wives are taking on the chores of running the business.

Genittis is great for weddings, baby showers, wedding showers, wedding rehearsals, company parties, or for any get together. They can add Hors D'oeuvres, or a desert table. The bar can be set up as a cash bar, or by ticket, or a 3 hour bar. It's a fun evening out. So stop in at one of Northville restaurants Genitti's Hole in the wall and enjoy dinner and a show.
