July 09 median sale prices & # of homes sold remained relatively the same from June 09. Privately owned homes increased 16% in July 09 and Bank owned homes median price decreased 53% in July 09 from June 09. # of bank owned homes increased 22% in July 09 from June 09. Median price is because a couple higher end bank owned homes sold and does not necessarily reflect a drastic decrease in price

July 09 median sale price decreased 24% from July 08 & 8% increase in # homes sold.

Year ending July 2008 median sale price compared to yr ending July 09 decreased 11% & a 5% increase in # of home sold.

In the latter part of 2008, Realtors were required to categorize ownership status so figures are not accurate for bank owned & not calculated. To exclude leases in data, minimum sale price used was $5,000.
