So I recieved a call yesterday evening from Alison Himelhoch of WLNS 6 News asking for an interview of me to discuss the declining sheriff's deeds in Ingham County, Michigan as compared to last years numbers. I have communicated with Alison in the past but was sceptically of this subject as it is kind of a hot button. The numbers don't represent an accurate picture of our market due to the moratorium that was applied to sheriff's deed last year. So I turned her down as I did not want to be the one to deliver the bad news.
5-10 minutes later I had a change of heart. Wanting to make sure the public got to hear from the Real Estate community was important to me and WLNS. I decided that I could be that voice to make sure everyone had an opportunity to hear our side of the story. My message came across fairly well I think, our interview included a lot more positive statements about the market but overall I think it went well.
I look forward to your thoughts and have a great day.
I am working on getting a copy of the video so I can post it elsewhere. Click the photo to view the link to vieo from WLNS 6 News.
