Hot Properties Livingston

Do you want an additional way to market your listing? How about presenting your listing(s) to 30-50 other realtors all at one time? You owe it to your seller to present their 'hot property' at the first Hot Properties Livingston listing/realtor network on June 3rd at the 1st National Bank Community Room at 8080 Challis Rd, in Brighton Michigan, breakfast at 8:30 a.m. This event is free of charge.

Here's how it works?

• Promptly at 9am we will start running the "Hot Properties" program. Each presenter can give a 45 second ‘elevator pitch' about why their listing is a "Hot Property". Think of it as ‘Speed Dating' for Listings. What makes a property "Hot"? - the sky is the limit; style, location, condition, price - you name it. Just explain it in 45 seconds. Feel free to bring flyers and other material to leave for your colleagues.
• Following the presentation of the "Hot Properties", we will have an opportunity for up to 15 Realtors to discuss their Buyers with specific needs. With 30 to 50 Realtors in the room, some- one will have a listing that matches your client's need.

How do I participate?

• Present a Property - email a photo of your "hot property", together with the address, list price and school district to hotpropertieslivington@libertytitle.com or call Lisa at 810.225.9597. The first 40 submissions will be guaranteed a presentation slot.
• Present a "Need" - If you have a Buyer with a specific "need", email your client's "need" to hotpropertieslivingston@libertytitle.com or call Lisa at 810.225.9597. The first 15 "needs" will be guaranteed a presentation slot.
