There have been times, when staging a home, that the neighbors houses haven't looked their best. This is especially true, now, with all the foreclosures on the market.
I'm currently working on a modest home and the neighbors houses leave a lot to be desired. I expect some on it is the economy and it takes money to keep up the houses. Most of it is just pure .........

It's obvious that the cars have not been moved in a very long time.
The other neighbor has a great back yard


These homes are going to hurt the sale of the house I'm working on. I've talk to the owner, who is out of state and she's afraid of upsetting her old neighbors.
Is it my duty to call the city and report these homes? Is it the Realtors job to do something about it?
Or have we done our duty by reporting it to the owner?
