There is still time to get in on the Tax Credits!

I was surprised the other day when someone told me that they did not know that there was a tax credit available to them as first time homebuyers. I think that Realtors and the media have done a great job getting this information out there. But there is still time! You can get in on this whether you are a first time homebuyer or a repeat homebuyer. The deadline for a signed purchase agreement (meaning signed by buyer and seller) is April 30th 2010. The closing must be by June 30th, 2010 in order to qualify.
