Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource Designation

Hi Everyone, Another bit of good news. With the upcoming trend of sellers needing to sell their homes for less than what they owe on them, I have recently taken the necessary classes to receive my designation as a SFR which stands for Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource.

As of April 12, there were two new rules set in place to give incentive to the banks to work with homeowners to try and prevent foreclosures -- one is for loan modifications and the other for short sales with hopefully, across the board guidelines to have them move smoother and quicker.

I saw the writing on the wall and wanted to be educated and prepared so I took the necessary steps. Another nice fit for my new office with what they have in place to assist with the negotiating in short sales.

PLEASE....one thing I would like to stress....please do not wait until you are in are in a foreclosure or so late in your redemption period after a sheriff's sale to seek my help.
