Feds eroding YOUR electronic privacy.

I’m one for ALL things digital ie.. phones, laptops, smart phones and the like. But with all this new technology take the time to listen to the video. The government now is taking the right to search ALL your digital hardware if you are coming back into the good old USA from abroad. Sensitive information is not sensitive anymore.

And ALL without a warrant. Begs a lot of questions from all of us. We travel to see family here and abroad and to know that there is a possibility you will be searched for no good reason. Will it slow down air travel outside of the country? Who knows. What about your 4^th Amendment rights?

“The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. The amendment specifically also requires search and arrest warrants be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to theissuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it.”
