There is a standard that banks look for on your real estate websites. They want certain calculators on there before they take you seriously. Its a credibility thing. But I am not going to talk about that now --

I want to focus on the public. After all, they are the ones who are going to buy your properties. We want to make sure that those properties pop up on the first pages of major web sites....
