Home Prices Decline for Fourth Straight Month
U.S. home prices, including distressed sales, fell 5.07 percent in November from the previous year. This is a smaller drop then before, in some area's it seems to have leveled out a little. But it is a great time to be a new home purchaser, with interest rates still on the low side and some of the banks have dropped the credit score down a little. All good signs for a new purchase!
