Big News Today from Franklin Title Agency

Hello & welcome to another great week of February 2011 & one day closer to Spring!

There is a lot of great things, big changes, and upgrades happening here at Franklin Title Agency as well as within the community that I want to share with you today.

Upgrades like: Paperless Closings anywhere-anytime at no extra charge ever. We've purchased laptops to be used exclusively for paperless closings with internet cards for traveling to your borrowers. Also, our Short Sale Negotiation division has stepped up our processing to partner with another negotiation company to handle the work flow and get even quicker turn times, responses, and answers for you and your customers every day.

Our newest location at 414 East Street in Downtown Rochester's renovation is going much quicker than expected and we should be moving in by the end of March with a Grand Opening in April for all to attend! We hope you can celebrate with us in April.

The over 6,000 square foot building will house Franklin Title Agency as well as The Short Sale Negotiators including:

•· Our processing department

•· Our sales department

•· Our in-house Examining department

•· Our funding department

•· Our short sale negotiators

•· Our mobile closers will have work stations

•· Large lobbies and reception

•· Today, February 7^th @ 3:30pm - Think Tank. This month's topic - ‘Focusing on the Importance of Strategic Alliances in Business' (Referral Partners) An event I am co-hosting bi-monthly as a business development brainstorming session with your peers. This month's event is at Fieldstone in Downtown Rochester at 223 S Main St. This is a free event and a great way to learn how other business professionals are leveraging strategic alliances.

•· Thursday, February 10^th @ 11:30am - WCR Rochester Luncheon Event - Topic: ‘FHA Financing for Condos in Today's Market' Location: Royal Park Hotel - Downtown Rochester. Cost: $20 for WCR Members $30 for non-members. Join 50-70 Real Estate professionals coming together networking over an amazing lunch learning about FHA Financing for Condos - a topic that plaques a lot of Realtors today.

•· Tuesday, February 15^th @ 11:30am - WCR Lakepointe Luncheon Event - Topic: ‘Recognizing the different types of personalities that will lead you to more successful transactions' Location: Roger's Roost at 33626 Shoenherr in Sterling Heights - Cost: $20 for WCR Members $30 for non-members. Join 50-70 Real Estate professionals coming together networking over an amazing lunch with the best Realtors the East side has to offer.

•· Wednesday, February 16^th @ 4pm - WCR Lakepointe Member Drive Annual Realtor Mixer at Hatchey's in Downtown Utica. Join us for another great event after work - This is one you do not want to miss!

•· Thursday, February 24^th @ 6:30pm - American Cancer Society's Relay for Life Annual Kickoff Event for the walk in May. Join us as I emcee the 5^th annual event at The Auburn Hills Community Center for another great event with amazing speakers, survivors, education, motivation, food, and sense of community. This is a free event and all are welcome to attend. Please, make some time and join us - I promise you that you will be happy that you did.

•· April 2011 - We are still looking for sponsors for our Annual Steak & Burger Dinner Fundraiser for The Boys & Girls Club at Meadowbrook Mansion Hall & Oakland University in April. This is our biggest event of the year with some of the biggest names in the area. Please let me know if you'd like some more information on the upcoming event of know anyone who might be interested as well.
