Homes sold in North Oakland County increased in the 3rd Quarter over the same period last year. Also, higher priced homes sold increased dramatically as well. The supply of homes has decreased, while buyers confidence has improved, causing an increase in value in some ranges.
Although we do not expect home values to continue on a a rapid increase related to value, there is a window of oppotunity for sellers interested in selling while there is a low supply of homes available to prospective purchasers.
