Jeff - When I saw the title of your Blog I was hopeful that maybe you were referring to the market. I know your market has been every bit as difficult as the one we have experienced here in Battle Creek. I love Lansing, born and bread there a graduate of Lansing Eastern High (Yes I'm a Quaker). Anyway our paths are not too dissimilar as it pertains to Real Estate so I will be adding you as an associate and maybe we can get to know each other at the next state (MAR) convention. With the credentials you carry I would be surprised if you did not attend, and who knows when I go into semi-retirement and move back to Lansing I might even work for you. Good Luck and continued successin your career.
John I might prefer to work for you. I am going to be in Battle creek on the 26th of June to work your pancake breakfast. I owe Matt davis a favor. Maybe I will be able to meet you then.
As far the market - it not all the great and I din't really feel like writing anything that wasn't positive. We are seeing some increased activity but the news on foreclosures isn't very good.
I hope to meet you on thursday
Jeff, it's summer and time for the fun parts as your post refers to. The music festival has some excellent groups lined up. REO is one of my favorites, I'm aging myself, grin.
