Warm Welcomes to New AR's

I want to extend a warm welcome to my friends who accepted my challenge to play in the rain with me:

Mark Alexander: Mark is an appraiser in Michigan who I have worked with for several years. He has just taken the jump and opened his own company. I wish him success in his new business. I know Mark will add valuable information to the AR community. Mark and I have had many good discussions in the past and I am glad he accepted my invite! Thanks and Welcome Mark!

Angela Harrington: Angela is a loan officer in Michigan who I worked with at a former company. She is a sweetheart of a girl and pours her heart into her work. Angela will also be an asset to the AR community! Thanks and Welcome Angela!

And last but certainly not least, BUZZARD!!

Buzz Holtvluwer from Standale Lumber and Interiors is the the Builder/Contractor category. Buzz is a blast from the past -- I have reconnected with him after 18+ years. We have both tried to grow up over the years -- we have grown kids and Buzz even has GrandKids! Buzz's company is helping induct (not indict!) me into the "green" scene. He is a great business partner, mentor, and will add good knowledge -- and possibly a little humor -- to the AR community. Thanks and Welcome Buzz!

Have fun learning with AR - be careful! It's addicting! (I believe there is a recovery group for that!)
