•· OK so lets take a look at our final month for 2008. Focusing on Total Units Sold December 2008 was up from December 2007 in all 3 counties! That is the 3rd consecutive month for Eaton county
•· We are still seeing average sales prices fall across the board which is more good news for the buyers out there. If you or someone you know is looking to buy prices are great but inventory is slowly decreasing.
•· Interest rates have been moving around a little over the past few weeks but are still very good and look to possibly go down again. There are great financing options out there for those looking to buy and 100% for those that qualify.
