The internet and blogging

Listen up fellow REALTORS®, the usual way of doing business is over. Don't sit at the desk during floor time waiting for the phone to ring, you need to make it ring. The way to accomplish that is to get a better presence on the internet. Blog your heart out. Blog about the weather, blog about your kids, blog about your latest tatoo and un-natural hair color.

Or better yet, blog about something relevant to your business. Such as my blog:

Are you participating in any special events? If so that special event could use your efforts spreading the word about it and you just might get some recognition for those efforts.

Remember too that you help your entire community when you help spread the word about an event which may bring in some dollars to local businesses.
