• 5 were Lakefront and the remaining 13 were canal front
• the average sale price of those 18 homes was $219,322
• there are currently 3 waterfront homes under contract - Pending as of July 12,2010

Currently there are 17 waterfront homes on the market as of July 12, 2010. There are 10 lakefront homes available and 7 canal front. The asking prices range from $139,900 to $989,000

The above data shows that there is currently a 5.6 month supply of homes on the waterfront market
