There have been indicators and stories for some time now, we are on our way to a real estate recovery.

Today I saw this article on Kare 11 News titled "Twin Cities Realtors See Improving Housing Market".

The article discusses how inventory is low, and what is out there is getting snatched up.

It couldn't be more true! We have buyers who want to find something, but there is very little to choose from out there.

Therefore, houses that are listed competitively go fast and sometimes above list price.

The competitiveness of this market should bring prices up...finally!
