On the north side of Elk River there is a small storefront with a Natural Fusions sign entertaining the door! You can't miss it... it's right next to SNAP Fitness and across from Applebees. I must confess that I've seen the Natural Fusion's sign for awhile and sometimes wondered what and who they are, but wasn't brave enough to find out for myself.
