This Spring is turning out to be a positive one thus far and I am very excited about being able to market my clients property this year. Many of us like to fish, hunt, swim, golf, and spend our free time outside enjoying the weather as long as those 5 pound Minnesota Mosquito's don't carry us away.

This year I will be spending allot of time out at Minnesota National Golf Course marketing a development called Settlers Ridge which consists of 300 + homes to be built, I have many years of new construction experience selling homes in regular developments in the Minneapolis suburbs to include Brooklyn Park, St. Michael, Lino Lakes, Forest Lake and a few others but I have never represented a Golf Community up in Northern Minnesota in a Resort community that is attached to a great lake like Big Sandy Lake.

I have high expectations of myself and want to do a great job for the owners of the development and the Course! The State of Minnesota has more Golfers per capita than any other state in the country, we also have in McGregor some of the most Awesome Bird Watching in the State as well not to mention the Country.
