Agentopolis Passes Trulia on Twitter

Real estate agent directory Agentopolis hit two milestones last night on Twitter. We reached 4,000 followers and we passed Trulia on www.wefollow.com. Twitter is fast becoming one of the top sources of traffic for the Agentopolis directory with more and more of our visitors also spending time on the Home Search area where Realtors can list their properties for free.

Agentopolis has also seen significant traffic gains from Twitter on a number of our other real estate sites including www.mlsmaps.com, our MLS listings site using map based property search, and www.mnonlinemls.com, a consumer facing Minnesota MLS site.

Stay tuned as Agentopolis will be presenting a free webinar in May on the topic of "Using Twitter to Find Home Buyers and Sell Homes". We are also in the final stages of deployment for our killer Twitter app that will allow Realtors who post their listings on Agentopolis to automatically have those listings fed to home buyers through Twitter in the market where the home is listed. We are running in beta and have already started to build a list of home buying followers in the top 40 metro markets. We will be live in May!
