How Low Can They Go? Mortgage Interest Rates Hit All Time Lows! July 16, 2010

This is simply amazing. The mortgage interest rates have dropped to their all time lows.

Anyone looking at homes for sale has to be just thrilled at the latest interest rates. The chart shows nationwide averages, but the are local rates in the Minneapolis St Paul Twin Cities area that are slightly different (may be lower) for a 30 year fixed.
