Teri's Picks for BEST Valued Homes for the First Time Homebuyer in the Twin Cities North Metro!

Are you a first time homebuyer looking for an awesome deal on a home in the Twin Cities north metro? There are still hundreds of homes on the market in throughout St. Paul and it's north and eastern suburbs but only a handful are really good deals. And what might a first time homebuyer might find surprising is that some of the best real estate values are NOT foreclosures or short sales!


As a first time homebuyer, it may be hard to tell the treasures from the trash because the best deal for a novice homeowner isn't always the house with the lowest "bargain basement" price. Some deals are hidden in the value of the improvements a seller has recently made to the home. New siding or a remodeled kitchen could have cost thousands but sellers never get a dollar for dollar return on their investment,. So homes with recent upgrades can be a bonanza of savings to a first time buyer.


As a REALTOR® who works in the north and east metro of the Twin Cities, I can quickly tell which properties are the potentiall great deals for a first time homebuyer. I work throughout Coon Rapids, Blaine, Maplewood, Oakdale, Andover, Hugo, Forest Lake, Linwood, Wyoming and White Bear Lake and all communities in the north and east metro.
