It has been set at $3.30/1000 for a long time.
Recently Ramsey and Hennepin Counties adopted a change to $3.40/1000. If you are living in these areas and are thinking of selling your home this is important information! It will make a difference on your net proceeds.
There are other counties that are considering following in these footsteps.
