Cindy Montgomery, owner of Showhomes Minneapolis, emailed me these photos of a home they staged this week. I really like the bedrooms in this home. Using simple items carefully arranged, she made them come to life. Take a look and see what you think. I bet if you looked at this home to buy and then looked at a bunch of others, you would easily remember this home, which is one of the main goals of staging:
I really like the snowboard / skateboard room - that's a great theme look to pull off and not too expensive, either. I can see moms of teenagers seeing that room and thinking 'I WANT my teen's room to look like this!"
