Hot of the Press - Richfield Market Information for the Month of December 2007

I have just finished the numbers and will upload the the table later this morning as soon as I can convert into the .jpg format. However, here are a couple of numbers:

1. Homes currently on the market - 154; average list price - $222,992
2. Pending transactions during December - 22, average list price - $212,050
3. Home sales closed in December - 21, average sale price - $199,376

On another note, after a week of single digit temperatures, the warming trend is here and it should stay here for a few days, perhaps a week. Highs this weekend should be in upper 30s, or even low 40s.
